The tennis club area is directly part of the Queens Hotel. The tennis club in Mariánské Lázně was founded in the 1930s and is now one of the most successful tennis clubs in West Bohemia. Over the years, the tennis complex has undergone a number of changes to its present form. The European Junior Tour is regularly played here and in 2021 the 1st adult league will be played here.
