The village of Kladsk\u00e1 lies in the centre of the most valuable area of the Slavkovsk\u00fd les Protected Landscape Area and is a landscape conservation zone of the Karlovy Vary Region.<\/p>

The dominant feature of the village and also one of the most beautiful places in the Cheb region is the pond and hunting lodge Kladsk\u00e1.<\/p>

The construction of Kladsk\u00e1 was started in 1875 by Prince Sch\u00f6nburg-Waldenburg. On the Kladsk\u00e1 meadow a hunting lodge, a sawmill, a rent office, a forge, two log cabins for clerks, the U Tokaj\u00edc\u00edho grouse inn, a coachman\u2019s house and farm buildings behind the lodge were built. <\/p>

At the turn of the 19th and 20th century, the remaining five Swiss-Tyrolean log cabins were built. The chateau itself is a simple ground-floor building with a wooden floor in the style of Swiss hunting lodges and is now used as a hotel. <\/p>

From the former chateau, around the romantic water area, wooden paths lead to the newly repaired nature trail Kladsk\u00e1 \u2013 peat bog Tajga with very diverse flora and fauna.<\/p>

You can also see the neighbouring Sour Lake with one of the most acidic basins in Europe and the park with the tomb of the founder of the local hunting lodge.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
