My husband and I were very pleased with the beautiful surroundings and the very friendly staff, helpfulness and we will be happy to return for future stays. Perfect breakfast - variety of offer, great choice of fruit, vegetables, pastries, sweet, different types of cheese, salami, cold cuts, hot breakfasts on request. The overall impression is very good.
Excellent offer not only breakfast, but also lunch and dinner. Although we had originally planned to have our main meal in town, we were happy to return to the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner. Quiet location of the hotel close to the centre. Parking available. Wellness.
S přítelem jsme si k Vánocům chtěli udělat radost a wellness pobyt se nám zdál jako dobrý nápad. Podle fotek se nám hotel velmi zamlouval, avšak realita byla ještě mnohem lepší! Tak skvělý personál jsem ještě nezažila a to jsme s přítelem oba z oboru. Paní na recepci byla velmi milá a přátelská a to samé mohu říct i o personálu v restauraci, která je součástí hotelu. Snídaně formou samoobslužného rautu byla více než bohatá a jídlo velmi dobré! Problém nebyl ani s mlékem bez laktózy pro paní, která zde byla ubytovaná ve stejnou dobu jako my. Pan číšník i slečna za barem se stále usmívali a prostředí proto působilo velmi přátelsky! Jde vážně vidět, že zde pracují lidé, které jejich práce vážně baví. Personál tohoto hotelu by měl být vzorem všem z oboru! No a co se týče samotného wellness, hotel nabízí jak veřejný wellness s whirpoolem pro 13 osob, saunou a místem s lehátky na relaxování, tak i privátní wellness s vířivkou a saunou! Můžete si zde zajít i na masáž nebo na parafínový zábal rukou, který je moc příjemný a ruce jsou po něm krásně jemné. Když bych to měla shrnout, na wellness už jen sem! Moc děkujeme! 🤍
Finally, a hotel whose standard corresponds to 4*. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff with a smile, nice wellness, parking at the hotel, good location of the hotel. Nice design and facilities. Excellent hotel restaurant. I recommend the massages - excellent physiotherapist.

I highly recommend Hotel Queens to all who want to relax and recharge their batteries. This hotel is located in a quiet part of Marianske Lazne next to the tennis courts and park. It is about 10min walk to the city through the park. There is a well-equipped wellness centre from 10-22h in the price , experience showers, sauna, steam, whirlpool, pools with hot and cold water, Kneipp walkway, massages can be purchased. Everything is brand new(hotel is open about 2,5 months), each room has its own balcony, hotel and rooms are modern and very well equipped and clean. The staff is very friendly, smiling and kind. Breakfast is a very rich buffet, dinner a choice of three ready-made(very tasty) dishes, everyone can choose. Parking next to the hotel is free and guarded. For me 5* is not enough. We are really pleasantly surprised and will be happy to recommend this hotel further.
